Miley Cyrus's Wal-Mart-exclusive EP, The Time of Our Lives, was put on shelves days before its official release date, an error that cost her the No. 1 spot on the Billboard charts. Instead, the pop star came in at No. 3, selling 62,000 copies of the seven-song CD.

"Kinda bummed. My E.P. got put on shelves wiff my clothing line and got released 3 days early on accident :( Thx 2 those who got the album :)" Miley tweeted on Wednesday.

The CD was paired with her Miley & Max line, the 16-year-old's junior's fashion collaboration with designer Max Azria.%Poll-34088%
