What would you do if you do if you couldn't text your friends or update your status constantly? Guess what? It wouldn't be the end of the world, and to prove it, iCarly and Roxy Hunter star Aria Wallace is unplugging for 40 days!

You may think the 12-year-old is being way too drastic, but it's all to promote the Temptation of a Generation series' "Going Old School" campaign, which encourages teenagers to reduce cell phone use, nurture friendships through real-time communication, get outside and play sports and to keep things private on social networking sites.

So, from October 12 through November 20, Aria will have no cell phone and will only be able to use the Internet for school and business-related work. There will be no cell phone use or texting; limited home phone use for 10 minutes per day; and no social networking. Pay phones, however, will be allowed.

Keep up with Aria's progress when she blogs (part of the approved Internet use!) at blog.ariawallace.com.
