Miley Cyrus has officially called in sick for her concert date tomorrow night in Omaha, Nebraska.

The show has been rescheduled for October 13 and she just tweeted, "Dear Omaha, I am so sorry I can't perform for you tomorrow. This is the first show I have ever missed. I will see you on Oct. 13th =]"

As we reported last night, Miley is sick with strep throat and according to her 'Hannah Montana' costar, Mitchel Musso, even visited the ER yesterday morning. Click here for full details.

Mitchel responded to Miley via Twitter with this: "Miley! Just get well my friend! P.S. Mason says thanks 4 the day off! we R happy he is home! sad u r sick...." Mason Musso is Mitchel's brother who plays in Metro Station (the band that was on tour with Miley) along with Miley's older brother, Trace.

Since getting back from the hospital, Miley has been resting and watching movies like Steel Magnolias, The Little Mermaid and she just tweeted that she was watching Pocahontas while her mother made her some noodle soup.
