After it was announced it would be on sale four days earlier than expected, JSYK has a bunch of the New Moon soundtrack's songs available to listen to 24 hours before the album's new October 16th release date.

This soundtrack is pretty unique as far as soundtracks go because most of these songs were written specifically for the movie, with bands being asked to contribute songs. It's definitely different form the Twilight soundtrack. The songs are slower and have a more earthy, acoustic quality to them compared to the rock and electric sounds the Paramore and Linkin Park tracks gave to the saga's first soundtrack.

We can't wait to see which songs are used in which scenes. Now if only we could get Summit Entertainment to move the movie's November 20 release date up by four days too...
