Max Records got to stay up way past his bedtime Tuesday night -- but for a really good reason! The 12-year-old star attended the U.S. premiere of his highly anticipated movie Where the Wild Things Are, which took place at Lincoln Center in New York City. Of course, Max was the center of attention! The Portland native had plenty of support, though -- he was joined by director Spike Jonze and producer Tom Hanks, along with castmates Catherine Keener and Forest Whitaker, who read the popular 1963 children's book by Maurice Sendak at the New York Public Library earlier this week.
Where the Wild Things Are opens nationwide tomorrow, October 16!
