The Sunstreak is currently on the road, performing at high schools around the country, in support of their new album, Once Upon a Lie. The Rochester-based five-piece will be checking in from their U.S. tour with details about their appearances, including cool personal photos chronicling their adventures! Once Upon a Lie is available online and in stores now.

Hey kids, it's Jason checkin' in from the road! We had a really early morning today in Chelmsford, MA. We had to be at our first show at McCarthy, MS today at 8:30.....A.M.!!! I know the general public is used to the day starting early, but us musicians usually sleep in 'til at least lunch time. Regardless, we had a blast hanging with all the kids and teachers, and would like to give them a shout out and a thanks for having us perform. They were a fun group -- full of life, even at 9 a.m.!
We then headed out to do a radio station show and interview at 105.5 WJYY in New Hampshire. You can check out their website for a bunch of pictures and interviews (www.WJYY.com). They also recorded us performing some of our songs off our new album, Once Upon a Lie, acoustically, including 'Until I Met You' and 'By the Way.' There's also a video of a track [that's] not on our new disc, 'Wildcard.' They have it exclusively, so feel free to go check it out over and over again ;). Leave a message for our new friends Nazzy and AJ who were both great cats and are the reason we're up on the site. Thanks, guys, for all the love!

We've been driving through New England the past few days, and even though the air is a little chilly, the scenery of rivers and mountains with a variety of autumn leaf colors is incredible. It's the reason I love Appelacia this time of year. It reminds me of Halloween. Now we're en route to Rhode Island for tomorrow's show, and I'm sure the drive there will be amazing as well. Knock on wood so we don't hit any wildlife like deer or bears ... or freakin' elk!
