Hogwarts must have a real estate class, because the stars of Harry Potter sure do know a thing or two about buying houses. Daniel Radcliffe recently purchased a $5.65 million home in Manhattan's West Village, adding to his already valuable property portfolio, which is worth an estimated $11.6 million!

The four-story NYC townhouse features a one-bedroom ground floor apartment, plus four bedrooms, three baths and six fireplaces on the other three floors. Oh, and there's also a balcony that overlooks a garden.

No. Big. Deal.

This sleek abode will definitely be a place to call home when the 20-year-old actor makes his Broadway musical debut in December.

Daniel's Harry Potter co-stars are also wisely investing in real estate with their hard-earned movie profits -- Rupert Grint's property is valued at over $14 million and Emma Watson's homes are worth $6.6 million.
