We love Miley Cyrus' song "The Climb"...and we bet one other special fan of hers does, too.

According to Nice One, Miley invited a young cancer patient to join her up on stage at a recent concert in downtown Los Angeles to benefit cancer research and education. Together, the two girls sang along to Miley's hit from the 'Hannah Montana: The Movie' soundtrack. How sweet is that?

Miley was taking a short break from her Wonder World tour to join BFF Demi Lovato and Jesse McCartney in performing at Disney's 2nd Annual Concert For Hope. Miley even generously promised to donate one dollar of every ticket sold during her tour to the charity. In fact, last year Miley raised over $2 million for them and also sang on the single 'Just Stand Up!' with other celebs to benefit cancer research. Isn't it great when celebs get involved with a good cause? Here's to raising even more money this year, Miley!
