On December 19, a Boston mother got desperate. Her 14-year-old son wouldn't stop playing 'Grand Theft Auto,' so she called 911 out of frustration, reports Tween Tribune.

Police spokesman Officer Joe Zanoli said the 911 call was received around 2:30 a.m. during which the mother said her son would not go to sleep and had turned on all the lights in the house. Two officers were dispatched to the home and were able to persuade the teen to go to bed.

Officer Zanoli said the call "was a little unusual, but by no means is it surprising -- especially in today's day and age when these kids play video games and computer games."
