Tony Hawk: Ride has revolutionized video gaming with its one-of-a-kind skateboard device that players can actually stand on to perform tricks. It's got infrared sensors that detect motion so it knows exactly what moves you're making. In fact, the game and its sweet board is so incredible that pro skaters are backing it, including 19-year-old phenom Ryan Sheckler.

"Everyone's going to like the game," he says. "It's fun, you know -- it's something different."

Along with Ryan's endorsement, pro skaters Paul Rodriguez, Lyn-Z Adams Hawkins and more also give the game their thumbs up. Find out what they had to say, and hear from the game's creator, Tony Hawk, after the jump. You can also check out a demo featuring some of the sick tricks players can perform, all set to the sounds of We Are Scientists' song, 'After Hours.' Tony Hawk: Ride is in stores now.
