Things are getting flirty between Matt, Zach Roerig, and Caroline, Candice Accola, on tonight's episode of the CW's The Vampire Diaries and JSYK was on the show's set to witness it firsthand back when the episode was shot in November.In episode #111, 'Unpleasantville,' Mystic Falls High School hosts a 50's dance. 'She's got a boyfriend and he's a nice guy," Zach joked to us when we asked if there was any real-life flirting between he and Candice. "I think they're pretty happy so I'm going to stay away from that."
While many fans were expecting a Caroline/Tyler romance, it looks like things are going to go Matt's way. "It was a surprise," Candice told us on the set about the new relationship on the show.
In the scene on the left, Matt and Caroline are decorating school posters for the dance, but it's unclear if they going to the dance together. We don't want to give anything away, but we will say that this scene does not end on the happiest of notes. Watch our video below for more details from the episode airing tonight on the CW at 8 PM ET.
