Avril Lavigne has written an original song for Alice in Wonderland called 'Alice,' and in her new music video for the song, the 25-year-old pop star gets to travel to Wonderland just like you-know-who.Avril falls down the rabbit hole and finds herself in the mysterious world of Tim Burton's new film. She runs through the forest and eventually arrives at the Mad Hatter's tea party as a very welcomed guest. The video is woven with actual footage from the movie, so it looks like the singer is right there with all of the vivid characters.
Alice is an independent 19-year-old who explores her own self-confidence throughout the film, so it's fitting that Avril's theme song echos all of those same themes. How so? You'll see what we mean after watching the video. 'Alice' is available on iTunes now, and you can hear the song in the end credits of Alice in Wonderland in theaters on March 5.
