Seems like Taylor Lautner isn't getting any love in Japan. A survey by Screen, a Japanese film magazine, found Robert Pattinson to be the country's second favorite actor. Who's at the top? Johnny Depp. He's been number one for seven -- yes, seven -- years in a row. The third spot went to Brad Pitt. Sorry, Taylor.
Thanks to the country's immense love for Rob, Twilight placed third in the survey for favorite movie in 2009, just behind Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. We bet there are a lot of Japanese Twi-hards keeping their fingers crossed for two Breaking Dawn movies so there's more Rob to go around, but the actor feels more meh over the debate. He tells E! News, "I don't mind either way [about splitting the movie]."
Why do you think Rob's so indifferent about continuing the franchise? Do you think he's over playing Edward Cullen and the worldwide fame and fan obsession that follows the role?
