The first round of nominees for the 2010 Country Music Television Awards were announced on Monday, and it looks like three best friends are pitted against each other in the Female Video of the Year category. Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood and Kellie Pickler are all up for the coveted award this year.

Taylor's 'You Belong With Me' video is vying for the honor against Carrie's 'Cowboy Cassanova' video and Kellie's 'Didn't You Know How Much I Loved You' video. There are eight nominees in the category, including country veteran Reba McEntire and Laura Bell Bundy.

But the friendly competition doesn't stop there. Taylor and Carrie's same videos face off against each other in the top category of the night, Video of the Year. At least Taylor and Kellie will be able to celebrate together if they will Collaborative Video of the Year for 'Best Days of Your Life'.
Last year, Taylor stole the show at the CMT Awards, taking home Video of the Year, Female Video of the Year and performing twice. She even showed off her rap skills in a skit as T-Swizzle along with T-Pain.

Fans can start voting now at CMT.com for their favorite country stars in nine categories. The final four nominees in eight other categories will be announced on May 11. The 2010 CMT Music Awards show premieres live from Nashville on June 9 at 8 p.m. ET. %Poll-44015%
