A teen in Arkansas is so mad at his mom over Facebook, he's taking her to court.
Lane New filed a harassment charge against his mom Denise for writing on his Facebook page after he didn't log out and changing his password so he couldn't get back on his account.
Denise said it was Lane's own postings that triggered her actions. She was upset after becoming aware that her 16-year-old son drove 95 mph one day after a dispute with a girl. Now Lane is charging that what his mom said on his Facebook page isn't true, and therefore she's damaging his reputation.
"Denise first hacked my Facebook and changed my password," Lane said in a complaint to prosecutors. "She also changed the password to my e-mail so I could not change it. She posted things that involve slander and personal facts about my life."
The case will have a hearing on May 12.
