Apple's iPhone is the still the hottest gadget around. According to Piper Jaffray's 19th semi-annual survey, 31 percent of teens want to own the iPhone and 14% already have one.

Piper Jaffray's teen survey questioned 6,000 students across the U.S., 261 of whom completed the Apple-related portion of the survey, CNN reports. The cell phone remains a major object of lust for users with its top-of-the-line email, Internet, phone and app capabilities.

But what about the iPad? The super new Apple gadget can't make calls, but does everything the iPhone does and more. The multi-purpose device just arrived in stores on April 3, and when we hit the mall this weekend, the Apple store was packed with teens playing games on the new item.
How do you feel? Do you dream about owning the iPhone, iPad or both? Do you have one and can tell us why it rules? Or maybe you're not into either. Take our poll and let us know what you think in the comments below. %Poll-44582%
