Most 16-year-olds rush to the DMV on their birthdays, but when you're Justin Bieber, your schedule gets kind of hectic. Finally, the wait is over for the Canadian pop star. Justin was spotted getting his driver's license in Atlanta on Tuesday, and now he's ready to roll around in the sweet ride Usher gave him for his sweet 16.

"I couldn't wait to get my license," Justin tells J-14 magazine. "I drove a lot with my permit around Atlanta. I was excited for the freedom and responsibility that comes along with it, but I understand that I have to be smart and responsible. It's a privilege to drive!"

Maybe Justin can be the next spokesperson for teen driving safety. As for his first destination, JB plans on keeping things local and chill with his best pals. "I'll probably go get something to eat or go pick up my friends," he adds.

But for as down-to-earth as Justin is, the singer still gets pop-star special treatment. According to TMZ, Justin got to take his license photo multiple times before he chose one he liked. Ah, the perks of being the No. 1 artist in the country...
