4/19 Update: The movie is now called 'The Art of Getting By.'
Drop your pencils, everyone. Emma Roberts and Freddie Highmore have been cast in a new high school romantic comedy called Homework, reports Variety.
According to the trade publication, the movie is follows Freddie's character, a boy who is completely opposed to doing homework. Then everything changes when he suddenly becomes friends with a girl, played by Emma, who he's been secretly admiring from afar. The movie also stars Kristen Stewart's ex-boyfriend Michael Angarano, who reportedly plays a recent graduate of the high school.
Emma is no stranger to starring in romantic comedies -- the 19-year-old actress recently played Grace Smart, a teenage babysitter dealing with major decision, in the popular rom com Valentine's Day.
Freddie hasn't starred in a romantic comedy yet, so it will be interesting to see how the Astro Boy star will handle the role. Homework is currently shooting in New York City and is expected to wrap this week.
