If you were surfing through iTunes today, you may have noticed that a new song from Glee is available for download. Amber Riley's cover of Christina Aguilera's 'Beautiful' was released on April 27, but a true Gleek knows that the song hasn't aired yet. So what's the deal?

Since the new spring season has started, Fox has released new music to coincide with each new episode. On April 13, Lea Michele and Jonathan Groff's rendition of 'Hello,' was made available on iTunes the morning of the spring premiere. Then on April 20, 'The Power of Madonna' EP hit shelves the same day as the show aired.

'Beautiful' will be featured on tonight's episode of Glee. It seems that each Tuesday, new tunes will be released to go with each new episode of the show. So technically, if you download the music in the morning, you can listen to songs from Glee before they air on TV.
If you're a patient fan, many of the singles that roll out each week will be available on the show's third full-length soundtrack, 'Glee: The Music, Volume 3 Showtoppers,' which will hit iTunes on May 18. So the question is, what kind of Gleek are you? %Poll-45289%
