Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus and Carrie Underwood are among the many A-list musicians, who are scheduled to perform at 'Nashville Rising: A Benefit Concert for Flood Recovery.' The all-star concert will take place at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on Tuesday, June 22.
Organized by Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, 'Nashville Rising' proceeds will benefit the Community Foundation, which provides charitable services to the Middle Tennessee area. Funds will go toward rebuilding lives that have been devastated by the recent flooding in the South.
Last week, Taylor donated $500,000 of her own money to the victims of the Nashville floods. Both she and Miley have attachments to the Tennessee capital -- Taylor moved to Nashville at age 14, while Miley was born and raised in Music City.
Tickets for 'Nashvile Rising' will go on sale to the general public on Friday, May 14th at 11 a.m. ET at Ticketmaster.com. Ticket prices will range from $25 to $75, and ticket auctions on premium seats and VIP packages will also be available. Visit www.nashvillerising.org for more details.
