Jamie Campbell Bower liked it, so he put a ring on it.
This off-screen Harry Potter love story was only officially made public in February and Bonnie Wright, whose character Ginny Weasley is Harry's crush, and Jamie Campbell Bower, who plays wizard Gellert Grindelwald in both Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows films, are already engaged.
Britain's Daily Mail quotes someone close to the couple as saying, "[Jamie] says they are completely in love. It all seems very whirlwind, but they both say it's the real deal. All he has told us is that he asked her to marry him and Bonnie said yes...neither of them seem to have any doubts that they are rushing in too soon. They are both very professional, so when they are filming, there is no smooching or playing around."
Why the race down the aisle? They haven't been a couple for very long (like months!) and they're so young -- Jamie is 21 and Bonnie is 19. Is all that passion blurring their judgment?
Regardless of age, being married to someone in the public eye is stressful. Jamie also plays Volturi vampire Caius in New Moon, making him part of two huge movie franchises. Still, many young famous couples who marry early don't last more than a few years. Take Avril Lavigne for example. She married Sum 41's Deryck Whibley at 21 and filed for divorce only three years later.
