While recent grad and ice skating champ Rachael Flatt is prepping for her freshman year at Stanford University, other celebs are still undecided about their college choices. It's a major decision, and when stars like Miley Cyrus and Taylor Lautner already have successful careers, the commitment is an even bigger deal.
For now, Miley doesn't seem to be interested in going to college, but that's not to say she'll never attend. "My sister went to MTSU in Nashville, so I'd probably want to be there with all my friends, but I'm not gonna go to college right now," Miley said in a radio interview with Q100. "I am a firm believer that you can go back at any age you want, because my grandma went back to college at 62 years old."
Reports claimed that Taylor is enrolling in Western Michigan University this fall, but a rep from the school's University Relations office confirms the rumors are false. "I don't think there is a solid basis in fact there," Cheryl Roland said. "Because he is college-aged, maybe people are thinking that since we have one of the best theater schools in Michigan, it would be a logical choice. I did check our student registration systems, and he is not registered."
But that doesn't mean Taylor won't be registering with WMU in the future. The school could be a potential choice for the 18-year-old Michigan native, but he just hasn't decided where to go yet. We'll see if the Twilight star decides to attend college at all when the fall semester begins. %Poll-47043%
