The road to Regionals has officially come to an end. Tonight, New Directions will go to battle with Vocal Adrenaline in the moment we've all been waiting for, the season finale of Glee. But will they win?

We really hope so. The group has worked so hard all year to get to this point, but it's not going to be easy to take home the title. Sue Sylvester is going to be a judge at the competition, and after what Mr. Schue pulled on her last week, she just might be the stick in the mud that prevents the team from winning.

As for the music, we know from the 'Journey to Regionals' CD (you can listen here) that New Directions will be singing 'Don't Stop Believin' during their performance. The cast sang this song on the very first episode of the season, so it's come full circle. Also, after all of those weekly assignments, this is the only rehearsed song to make it to their Regionals set.

Of course, there's plenty of personal drama for the cast to deal with. We know from the show's preview that Rachel and Finn share a kiss, but does that meant they're getting back together? They're rendition of 'Faithfully' gives us goosebumps!

What about Rachel and Jesse? Mr. Schue and Emma? Will Quinn finally open her heart to Puck? Will Finn and Kurt's families find a way to get along? We'll find out tonight when the season finale of Glee airs on Fox at 9 p.m. %Poll-47718%
