Cellphones and computer usage have become an everyday necessity in people's lives. Although there any many positive aspects about technology, there are also many downsides too.

This photo was taken and submitted anonymously to Teen Ink. It shines a light on a health issue that many cell phone and computer users have to deal with and that's Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

We thought the overall idea of the picture was pretty sweet. The photographer noted on the site that "this is a spoof of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and texting. So many teens today are constantly texting, it's a wonder they don't have achy thumbs!"
