Zac Efron has matured quite a bit since his High School Musical days. The 22-year-old showed off his comedic chops in 17 Again and is now taking on a dramatic role in his new movie, Charlie St. Cloud, in which he plays the title character.

Based on Ben Sherwood's 2004 novel, Charlie St. Cloud is about a young man who survives a car accident that will forever change his life. Charlie gets a college scholarship that will take him away from his quiet hometown, but when he loses his younger brother Sam in the car crash, all of his dreams seem to disappear.

In this new Moviefone clip, we see Charlie playing catch with Sam, keeping his promise that he would practice baseball with him up until he left for Stanford. But when Sam doesn't like what Charlie says, he goes for a low blow. Watch the cute scene after the jump and flip through our photo gallery below. Charlie St. Cloud opens in theaters nationwide on June 30.
