Cassie Scerbo has a lot on her plate. And we're not just talking about her mom's "unbeatable" meatballs.

First up, no one could play Lauren Tanner, the "spicy troublemaker" on Make It or Break It, better. As if starring in the hit ABC Family show isn't enough, Cassie's also hitting the books and starting her own charity, inspired by MIOBI.

Like co-star Josie Loren -- who tweeted "I just bought my textbooks for summer session at ucla starting in august! I'm kind of really excited to get back into a lecture hall" -- Cassie's also working toward her diploma.

"I just signed up for online college, so I'll be squeezing that in anywhere I can, as having a degree has always been a really important thing to me," she says.

Cassie's clearly a determined chica, but she's also incredibly generous. "I also recently started up my own nonprofit organization called Nothing's Impossible. Due to the show, I think my first project is going to be helping less financially fortunate gymnasts do what they love."
She continues, "I have seen the dedication, passion, and drive that go into this sport and have such a large respect for gymnasts all around the world."

Way to go, Cassie!
