As all of you Gleeks, know, Mr. Schue gives New Directions a musical assignment every week, and it looks like there's a very unique one in store for next season. Glee creator Ryan Murphy has confirmed that the crew will be devoting an entire episode to the Rocky Horror Picture Show this fall.

In case you're wondering, the Rocky Horror Picture Show is a British rock opera/musical that came onto the scene in the 70s and has since developed a massive cult following. The story follows newly-engaged Brad Majors and Janet Weiss, who get a flat tire on a cold, rainy night.

In search of help (they didn't have cell phones back then), they end up at a mysterious castle where a strange group of people are holding their Annual Transylvanian Convention.

There's plenty of opportunity for Finn, Rachel and Kurt to shine in this episode, which will undoubtedly cover Rocky Horror's signature song, 'Time Warp.' It's an ensemble number, so the whole Glee cast will get to be involved in taking this performance to the next level.
Have you heard of the Rocky Horror Picture Show before? Are you excited to see this episode or do you think Glee should stick to covering pop music? One thing's for sure, we'll get to see another set of outrageous costumes for this show... %Poll-50189%
