Wait, what? Just two days after HarperCollins issued a statement about Justin Bieber's upcoming memoir, the 16-year-old pop star says it won't be telling the story of his life.
On Tuesday, Justin used his Twitter account to make sure everyone was on the same page. "At the press conference someone asked me about the book we are putting out in October...just want to clear something up," he wrote. "It isn't a memoir."
Justin went on to explain what the book, which HarperCollins said would include never-before-seen photos of the Canadian singer, will actually be about. "I teamed up with this amazing photographer Robert and he has been taking pictures behind the scenes from before the tour. So the book will include all those pics and I'm going to tell the story of all that led up from rehearsals until the first night of the tour."
Fans who want to know about the Bieb's whole life can stay tuned for the 3D biopic that's coming out in February. For now, the singer admits a memoir might be a little premature. "Pretty excited about [the book] and think everyone will enjoy the story and the pics...but we can all agree im a little too young to write a memoir. But we can make a pretty great book with lots of exclusive stuff...but i just got a lot more life to live too."
