Was Emmy nominated actor Chris Colfer's high school like a zoo? Not quite, but the 'Glee' actor does say he often felt like a llama back in those days.
"Like, where does a llama go?" Chris mused in a recent interview. "It's not a horse. It's kind of a camel, but it's not a goat. It's just on the farm, and people point and gawk at it because it has funky hair. That's how I've always pictured myself. The llama tries to hang out with a duck and the duck freaks out and runs away. The cows are mean to it. That's what it was like for me."
This quote makes us question his barnyard animal knowledge, laugh hysterically and feel really bad for Chris all at the same time. We hope he doesn't still feel like an odd duck...er, llama. But alas, the llama comparison lives on. On Tuesday afternoon, Chris tweeted a photo of this stunner above.
"I really hate paparazzi photos, especially this one, I was just having a bad day..." he wrote.
One way Chris might finally get over his left-out llama blues might be at the upcoming Emmy Awards where he's nominated for his work as Kurt Hummel on Glee. Surely a win there would boost his self-esteem, right?%Poll-51633%
