You know how every now and then you get a message from Twitter saying it's over capacity and you need to tweet again later? Well Justin Bieber could have something to do with that crash.

According to a Twitter employee, the "U Smile" singer has "racks of servers dedicated to him." In fact, Justin is using 3 percent of Twitter's resources at any given moment.
Justin currently has over 5 million followers, and other celebs who also run in Bieber's exclusive multi-million followers circle likewise have dedicated servers. But are those fans as smart as Beliebers?

Back in May, Twitter changed the algorithm that determines what makes the trending topics list. Shifting from what's most discussed to most breaking and immediately popular items seemed like a diss to knock Bieber out of his seemingly permanent spot on the list. It didn't take Bieber's fans long to crack the code, and soon Twieber and Jieber were back as trending topics. Should Twitter make other changes, like capping how many followers one account can have to prevent the server from reaching capacity?
