Katy Perry recently filmed an appearance for Sesame Street in which she sang a version of 'Hot N Cold' with Elmo, but PBS has received so many complaints about the pop singer's cleavage-bearing outfit, that they've decided to pull the segment from the show.
On Monday, the clip of Katy's guest spot hit YouTube, but despite getting over one million views, parents were none too pleased by the revealing dress the California native wore on camera. Angry comments poured in over the singer's yellow-green mini, which featured a see-through mesh top and strapless sweetheart bustline.
The parody shows Katy asking Elmo to play dress-up. The furry red icon can't say yes or no and suddenly splits. Katy then starts running after him and sings a cute version of 'Hot N Cold' about Elmo's indecisiveness. The segment was scheduled to air on New Year's Eve.
