MTV will be bringing back its prankster show Punk'd, and if all goes as planned, Justin Bieber will be hosting the revival series. Looks like we could be hearing "Aw c'mon!" a lot more in the future.
According to Vulture, the new version of the show will be executive produced by Ashton Kutcher, who put the series on the map seven years ago. The deal is still being worked out, but should the 16-year-old pop star sign on the dotted line, he'll likely be participating in and introducing pranks played on unsuspecting stars just like Ashton did back in the day.
Justin has quite the reputation for being a jokester. Vita Chambers verified Bieber's scheming ways to us in her exclusive My World tour update, and Miley Cyrus told BBC One's Graham Norton that Justin prank called her multiple times at 3 o'clock in the morning back in June. Oh, and let's not forget his Punk'd-like takeover of Funny or Die on April Fool's Day... we can totally see him doing this.
But the Bieb isn't immune to being a victim of his own devices. His team got him good at his Maryland State Fair show when they brought a male crew member on stage during 'One Less Lonely Girl.' And remember the time he almost got arrested for hitting a cop with a water balloon? We do.
Watch out, Justin. There will be plenty of people waiting to get you back after your new show airs. Want to get a taste of what's to come? You can watch reruns of the original Punk'd on various cable channels -- just check your local listings. Do you think Bieber will make a good host for the new Punk'd?
