Kat Graham wasn't kidding when she told us, "[The werewolves] don't like vampires. There's going to be some serious issues with them. Just as the vampires are always uncovering more things, so will the werewolves. There's going to be a few people who are going to be caught in the middle of that."

Just check out a clip from this week's episode of The Vampire Diaries called "Kill or Be Killed" to see for yourself.

The "nice" Salvatore -- as Stefan describes himself -- tries to apologize to Mason Lockwood for his brother trying to kill him. No big deal, right?
"My brother acted impulsively...if you and Damon keep at each other's throats, somebody innocent is going to get hurt and I don't want that. You have family here so I can't imagine you'd want that, either," Stefan says and extends a peace offering. "So what do you say we just quit the whole alpha male fighting thing? Just call it a truce?"

Mason's obvi still upset about Damon's planned attack, so he responds to Stefan with a warning for his bro to watch his back. That's when Stefan throws in a threat of his own.

"Well, I'm guessing that he only has to worry about that during a full moon, otherwise you're not as strong. Am I right? Or you would have killed Damon by now. There's one of you. There's two of us. And you're the one who needs to watch his back."

Whoa, fighting words from Stefan? Someone's been hanging around Damon for about a century too long.
