Will the real Justin Bieber please stand up? According to Switched, a Jacksonville, Fla. resident has received endless phone calls and dozens of fan letters from Beliebers, who have mistaken the adult for the 16-year-old pop star. Why? Because his name is Justin Bieber.

The Florida native may share the same name as the teen sensation, but he is definitely not a celebrity. Still, fans from all over the world have found the 35-year-old's home information, and have used it as a means to send their personal messages (good and bad) to the singer.
Despite changing his phone number and putting it in his wife's name, fans were still able to get it and post it online for all to see. "It's just a little hard to sleep at night when the phones ring constantly," the man says.

The Florida Bieber has also been booted from Facebook and Ping because the social networking platforms believed he was using a fake name. Although Ping reinstated his account, Facebook has yet to grant him access again.

The situation is a bummer for both the Jacksonville Justin Bieber, who has been seriously inconvenienced, and the fans who think they're really calling and writing the celebrity. So, before you pick up the phone or put that letter in the mail, double check your info. Or better yet, stick with using Twitter to connect with the star.
