Last Thursday, lucky Gleeks in on both coasts were treated to special midnight screenings of 'The Rocky Horror Glee Show' episode at the Nuart Theatre in Los Angeles and the Angelika Film Center in New York City. Fans came dressed as their favorite characters and got to experience the show in a whole new way. Tickets for the events were limited, but that doesn't mean you can't join in on the fun. Why not throw your own 'Rocky Horror Glee Show' party?

The Rocky Horror Picture Show has been an interactive experience for years, but those who haven't seen the musical live or the movie in a theater might not know what it's all about. You don't just sit there and watch the show -- you shout out lines, dress up and act out parts and (the best part, in our opinion) throw things like rice or toilet paper at the screen/stage.
You can totally do the same thing for 'The Rocky Horror Glee Show.' The first thing you and your friends will need to do is DVR tonight's episode. Make sure everyone watches it at least once to get a feel for what happens. Then, set up a date/time for everyone to gather at one person's house (maybe even do it this Halloween weekend).

Guests must dress up as their favorite 'Rocky Horror Glee Show' character. If you're the host, you can stock up on toilet paper and playing cards to throw at the screen. We don't really recommend rice since it's a pain to clean up. Make sure you have lots of snacks, press play and get ready to toss things at the TV and shout out your favorite lines while watching the show with all of your BFFs.

Need some inspiration? Listen to all the songs from the episode here, and check out photos in our Glee galleries below to see how the cast and Gleeks dressed for the occasion. Have fun!
