Hey, Gleeks -- if you're Team Emma, and even if you're not, it's time for you to show your support for Jayma Mays. The apple of John Stamos' eye is participating in a celebrity cookie challenge that benefits Cookies for Kids' Cancer and raises awareness for pediatric cancer.

"I feel confident, I have to say," McKinley's school counselor dishes to E! Online. "I think we've got some good Gleeks out there. I'm proud of my Gleeks!"
Go here to buy Jayma's cookies, donate money, join her team, or share info about the challenge with a friend. She's going to need your support big time, because she's up against a Cullen. We all know how that usually ends. Peter Facinelli, who plays Carlisle, is in competition to whoop the dough out of Jayma so go get clicking.

This red-headed sweetheart is also giving you her recipe for flourless peanut butter cookies. Yum! Let us know if you make them.

1 cup peanut butter (creamy and crunchy both work)
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg (room temperature)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1+ cup chocolate chips (I usually mix chocolate and butterscotch chips together OR put a chocolate kiss in the middle after I take them from the oven)

1. Preheat oven 350°.
2. Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well, then add chips (sometimes the dough looks flakey, do not fear they will still taste great!).
3. Drop dough on parchment paper (I roll small balls of it).
4. Cook for 12-14 minutes until puffed and lightly browned. Don't overcook them. They should be soft when you take them out. Let cool before you eat.
