How many of you want to be real life Gleeks or Gagas? Do you love to sing or play music? If so you'll def want to keep reading this.

Cambio and Johnny Wright (the Jonas Brothers' manager) are starting the biggest global talent search ever for the next supergroup. Here's how it will go down: starting tonight, Johnny will accept video auditions from aspiring musicians, who are between 16-30 years old, from all around the world. If you have dreams of becoming a star, this is the way to do it.

But you can't sing anything you want -- the challenge is to make one one of Johnny's list of songs your own. The list includes 'Apologize' by One Republic, 'Bubbly' by Colbie Callait, 'Paparazzi' by Lady Gaga and more. Check out the whole list at onthespot.cambio.com.

See the official rules and audition guidelines here. Good luck!
