Teen Arrested for Breaking Into 30 Cars in Less Than Three Months
A Wisconsin teen's recent crime spree -- which included breaking into more than 30 cars in less than three months -- has come to an end.
Police arrested and cited 18-year-old Andre J.P. Demers on charges related to (drum roll, please) theft, felony bail jumping, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, violating driver's license restrictions, failing to obey a traffic officer, speeding, driving without a valid license, and driving without insurance.
"Demers was on both felony and misdemeanor bonds for various cases," stated a press release issued by the Chippewa Falls police department. Police are in the process of tracking down the owners of Andre's mountain of stolen goods swiped from the vehicles he broke into.
"Our department will be in possession of property known to be stolen; however, the identity of the victim owners of this property is unknown," the police continued to say.
Andre, you should seriously consider finding a new hobby for 2011.
