Cambio and Johnny Wright's On the Spot talent search has begun, and many hopefuls have already submitted their audition videos online. Some singers have shown serious promise, but others, um, may want to shift their focus onto something else.

In this video, we get to see a mash-up of auditions that won't make the cut. A handful of contestants try their best to sing OneRepublic's hit song, 'Apologize,' but they don't quite measure up to Ryan Tedder's powerful vocals. We totally commend them for trying, but singing might not be their calling.
However, it could be yours. Can you match pitch easily? Do you belt out pop songs without breaking a sweat? Johnny needs you. The Jonas Brothers' manager is looking for the best of the best for his supergroup, and there are still 10 whole days to get your audition video in.

Okay, so maybe you're not the best singer, but you can still participate. Go to OnTheSpot.Cambio.com and check out clips from hundreds of singers around the globe. Vote on your favorites to help Johnny choose his next potential stars.

Watch the valiant efforts by some not-so-pitch-perfect singers below, and hurry to get your submission into On the Spot by January 28.
