Justin Bieber will appear on 'Extreme Makeover: Home Edition' on Sunday, and now ABC has released a promo video, which shows an extended clip of the star making one special fan's day in New York City.

Justin appears on the show to support the Brown family, whose eldest daughter, Alex, died in a car accident on her way to school. She was texting while driving. The Texas-based family has since made efforts to raise awareness about the dangers of the act.
"Just saw the promo 4 the show on sunday," Justin tweeted to Katrina Brown, Alex's younger sister, on Tuesday. "Thanks for being so great. u r a special little lady."

The clip shows Katrina and her friends heading to an unknown destination. When the teen gets there, she opens her eyes to find herself in Madison Square Garden. She turns around and is greeted by none other than The Bieb himself.

During the surprise appearance, the 16-year-old pop star not only promises to donate money to the Brown family's cause, but also invites the girls to his soundcheck party.

"So I'm really glad you guys can come. Every night we have a banner that goes up and it says 'don't text and drive' so every night all these kids see it so it definitely means a lot to me as well," he says. "We're gonna give $1 from every ticket sold to your cause. I always do this soundcheck party and I wanted to invite you guys to come and hang out."

Katrina also got to have some one-on-one time with Justin. Her reaction? A completely natural one. "I did not know what to do," she admits in the video. "I did not know how to react."

The 'Extreme Makeover: Home Edition' episode was taped last year, but will air this Sunday, January 30 at 8 p.m. on ABC. Watch the full clip below. Are you psyched to see Justin on the show?
