After three years, Panic at the Disco is back with a brand new single, 'The Ballad of Mona Lisa,' from their forthcoming album 'Vices and Virtues,' and now fans get to indulge in the song's theatrical new video.

Although the band is now only two members, Brendan Urie and Spencer Smith, Panic at the Disco's sound is as hard-hitting as ever, maintaining the pop melodies that fans have grown to love over the past seven years.
The video tips its top hat to silent films, while leaning toward the morbid side with a staged funeral. But don't worry, there's nothing gruesome here. It's just a dramatic representation of the song lyrics.

Brendan sings, "Whoa Mona Lisa, you're guaranteed to run this town / Whoa Mona Lisa, I'd pay to see you frown," which makes perfect sense with the imagery. The band collaborated once again with Shane Drake on this video, who also directed Panic at the Disco's 'I Write Sins Not Tragedies' and 'Nine In The Afternoon' videos.
