Willow Smith unveiled her brand-new single, '21st Century Girl' last week, and now the 10-year-old star has a super slick video to go with it. In the movie-like production, Willow is unearthed from the desert, and eventually finds more buried treasure in the sand.
The video was shot in California and directed by Rich Lee, who has worked with everyone from the Black Eyed Peas to the All-American Rejects. Willow doesn't show up until about a minute in, but she gives off major energy in the clip, as she runs with wolves and is joined by her friends along the way.
Eventually, her crew begins pulling items from the magic sand, including cool kicks, skateboards, cars and even full-on buildings. Throughout the video, Willow shows just how she "rocks the beat" from the desert to the city.
With her follow-up to 'Whip My Hair,' Willow has released two singles from her upcoming album, which she says will be released before you know it. "Are you excited for my album?!(: It's coming soon........VERY soon!!" she tweeted in January.
Willow is currently opening for Justin Bieber on the European leg of his My World tour, and her new single is now available on iTunes. Check out the video for '21st Century Girl' below and let us know your thoughts in the comments.
