He Is We's Rachel Taylor and Trevor Kelly are not dating each other, but they do have a knack for writing love songs, and in their latest video for 'Happily Ever After,' they tell a quirky love story that fans will undoubtedly adore.
In the video, we see a girl on several dates, but calamity is about to ensue. Not one, not two, but three different guys get injured while trying to have a nice time with this sweet klutz. But just when it seems like she'll never find love, the girl finds out that everything happens for a reason.
'Happily Ever After' is the first single from the Tacoma, Wash. duo's debut album, 'My Forever.' In our exclusive interview with He Is We, Rachel told us that the songs on the record reflect what she's experienced in her life while growing up.
"A lot of it was definitely growing into my own skin, becoming independent and deciding that I'm just going to do this for myself," she said, adding, "The record is definitely just about me having love, losing love, realizing what love really is and then finding it. It's just my journey from teenage ways of thinking to adulthood."
In the song, Rachel sings about wanting to fast forward through life to see if she'll end up happy. Does the girl in the video get her picture-perfect ending? Watch He Is We's new video to find out. 'My Forever' is available in stores and on iTunes now.
