'90210 - The Game' recently hit the app market, but before you spend your hard-earned cash on it, we decided to test it out to see if it's worth downloading.

Those who are big fans of the series will probably get a big kick out of the game, which casts the user as a new student at West Beverly High (just like Annie and Dixon once were). If you choose the female avatar, you get to hang out with Naomi, Silver, Annie and Adrianna, and get into situations influenced from the show's plot lines.

The goal is to gain popularity while balancing school, work and a social life. What's cool about the app is that you really feel like you're a part of a story. The characters call you by name, and you have to make decisions along the way that will affect how your friends will react.

Each level is set up like an episode and there are mini challenges within each one, including choosing the right outfit, serving customers at the Peach Pit and matching objects like in Katy Perry Revenge 2.
However, the bulk of each episode is comprised of conversations between you and the other characters. The user taps on the screen to see the next line, and while it's cool to read dialogue that sounds just like what Naomi or Silver would say, you have to get through a lot of it to actually earn points and play the mini games.

The bottom line is, if you love the show, the app will be super fun because it feels like you're right in the West Bev mix. However, if you're more about the gaming aspect of apps, you might want to pass on this. '90210 - The Game' is available for iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, Android phones and Blackberrys now. %Poll-61827%
