Have you always wanted to sing in front of Mr. Schue? Well, here's your chance, Gleeks. Matthew Morrison will be hitting the road this summer on his first solo tour, and he's inviting regional glee clubs to open for him in each city.

Teaming up with VH1's Save the Music Foundation, Matthew will be launching a contest in which glee clubs around the country will get the chance to compete to be the opening act on his upcoming U.S. run. The competition begins on April 8, and entries can be submitted on the 'Glee' star's website at MatthewMorrison.com/gleeclubcontest.
Matthew's summer tour will kick off on June 18 in Minneapolis, and will hit over 20 cities before wrapping up in Los Angeles on July 23. Will he be performing songs from 'Glee'? You bet. Matthew's solo album is coming out soon, but he will, of course, be incorporating hits from the show into his set.

The cast of 'Glee' is set to embark on their 2011 tour this summer, too, but since it ends on June 18, we have a hunch that some of its stars will make special appearances during Matthew's run. How awesome would that be?

Tickets for Matthew's solo tour go on sale on Friday, April 15 at AegLive.com. Check out a full list of tour dates here. Will you be entering your glee club for a chance to open for Mr. Schue? %Poll-62384%
