We know that Daniel Radcliffe can act -- he's held down the entire 'Harry Potter' series and starred in uber-successful Broadway roles -- but the 21-year-old star showed audiences a new side to him when he made his stand-up debut on 'Late Night With Jimmy Fallon' on Monday.

In the clip, Daniel admits that he's been getting into comedy lately. "I've always admired stand-ups, I've always loved stand-ups, and I've always been completely fearful of doing anything like that because I think you have to be insane," he says.

Daniel adds that he's never tried stand-up, but has told "loads of horrendous jokes." Never one to miss out on an opportunity, the talk show host convinces the British star to flex his comedic muscles in front of his studio audience, giving him the new stage name "Danny Radcliffe."

As Danny, the actor makes his way from behind the curtain to the microphone, telling one borrowed joke from a favorite comic. Was it funny? Find out for yourself by watching the video clip below.
