Taylor Swift has the last laugh in her new video, 'Mean.' The inspiring song talks about being torn down by a bully's words, but ultimately coming out on top in the end.

The video shows the 21-year-old playing banjo with the same set-up as she had at the 2011 ACM Awards. We see three different situations where people are getting cut down, but in the end, each person triumphs in life.
Taylor wears her heart on her sleeve once again in the 'Speak Now' song, which asserts: "Someday, I'll be living in a big old city / And all you're ever gonna be is mean / Someday, I'll be big enough so you can't hit me / And all you're ever gonna be is mean / Why you gotta be so mean?"

"I get that, no matter what, you're going to be criticized for something," Taylor said about the inspiration for her song. "But I also get that there are different kinds of ways to criticize someone. There's constructive criticism, there's professional criticism-and then there's just being mean. And there's a line that you cross when you just start to attack everything about a person."
