Bridgit Mendler Says 'We Can Change the World' in New Video
'Lemonade Mouth' star Bridgit Mendler has released a brand-new video for 'We Can Change the World,' the new anthem for Disney's Friends for Change program, which helps raise funds for conservation projects around the world.
The song is an inspiring pop/rock jam that was co-written by the 18-year-old singer/actress, who you may remember as Olivia in the hit TV movie about a group of high school students who band together for a great cause.
'We Can Change the World' debuted on June 10 on the Disney Channel, and is the third Disney's Friends for Change anthem. 'Send It On,' performed by Miley Cyrus, the Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez, was the first, and 'Make a Wave,' sung by Demi and Joe Jonas, was the second, helping to raise more than $800,000 for the cause.
The new tune was written to help inspire people to make a positive impact on the world, reminding everyone that small changes add up to big differences. The video was shot at Disney Golden Oak Ranch in Los Angeles, and features teens from around the world.
