Kristen Stewart Donates Pair of Shoes to Fight Human Trafficking
Kristen Stewart has donated a signed pair of black Keds to Shoe Revolt, a non-profit organization that educates teens on human trafficking and the exploitation of young people.
"Shoe Revolt is incredibly thankful for Kristen Stewart's donation of a pair of black Keds," Shoe Revolt said in a statement. "Her donations will be used to raise money for shelters and to create awareness about this issue in the teen community. We can eradicate the attack on our youth in the United States by spreading the word and getting teens educated."
Shoe Revolt sells new and gently used shoes on their online boutique, which have been donated by celebs, businesses and supporters of the cause. One of the organization's goals is to use the raised funds to open a shelter in each state for victims of sex slavery.
Kristen joins a long list of celebrities who have donated shoes to the non-profit. For more information on the issue and the organization's work, visit ShoeRevolt.com.
