We have good news and bad news for you, Gleeks. Next season, you'll be seeing a lot more of Darren Criss and Harry Shum, Jr. on 'Glee,' but Chord Overstreet will not be returning as a series regular this fall.

According to Deadline.com, Darren and Harry have been promoted to regular cast members, while Chord, who plays Sam on the hit Fox show, will no longer be a part of the New Directions crew. However, you may not have seen the last of the Nashville native -- his 'Glee' contract reportedly still allows for guest appearances.
"Well its been a good yr too bad its over, time for summer and starting fresh," Chord tweeted on Friday. The 22-year-old and his castmates recently wrapped the 2011 Glee Live tour.

Series creator Ryan Murphy recently announced some major changes for Season 3, but we weren't expecting to say goodbye to Sam so soon. Gleeks should be prepared, though -- Ryan confirmed that most of the 'Glee' cast will be replaced after "graduating" next year. %Poll-66052%
